As Lead UX & Product Designer, I helped design an integrated insights platform for a large B2B health and benefits provider. The goal was to move from static, siloed reporting to a collaborative “insights lab” where clients and internal teams could explore real-world data, validate hypotheses, and surface actionable ROI stories across multiple health and wellbeing programs. My role spanned UX strategy, interface design, and cross-functional facilitation with data science, engineering, and client success to turn complex datasets into clear, trustworthy decision tools for HR and benefits leaders.
Standardized “insight utility” patterns and UX flows that helped reduce the time from raw data to validated client insight from weeks to days for priority use cases.
Piloted the lab experience with an advisory group of enterprise customers and achieved 90% participation/engagement among invited clients in experiments and feedback rounds.
Co-designed and tested multiple insight modules (e.g., ROI views, risk detection, cohort comparisons), with over 80% of prototypes promoted into a reusable catalogue for the core analytics roadmap.
Designed reporting views that allowed account teams to demonstrate multi-factor outcomes (e.g., improved absenteeism and productivity, reduced health risk, and strong mental-health ROI ratios), strengthening renewal conversations and positioning insights as a key retention lever.
